Rotation Wrench - Survival-Friendly Block Rotation -----
Adds a wrench that allows you to rotate almost any blockConsistency and Armor Stands
- In order to be consistent with the changes to stairs and slabs, blocks like pistons, droppers and dispensers can now be rotated sideways while standing and up / down while sneaking
- Armor stands can now be rotated! When sneaking they rotate in smaller increments. You can add "armor_stand" to the blacklist if you don't want to rotate them.
