- please take note of your current changes and rename/delete your current config to allow for the new one to be created in it's place.
- Added the ability to configure cooldowns individually per wand instead of as a whole.
- Also included ability to disable cooldowns as a whole.
- Fixed the reload command I broke in last version, and added console functionality for it.
