Printer-v1.1: Some bug fixes
- Made default prices config empty - added external example prices config
- Mapped ItemMaterials to BlockMaterials and vice versa
- Fixed bug when going in enemy territory with printer on with only-in-own-territory: false
- Fixed bug with offline factions players throwing exceptions
- Other miscellaneous bugfixes
