Fixed chunk hopper with in the same chunk. Added Filtered section in the config and Hopper limit.
What's new?
- Added filtered mobs list section in the config (needs to reload a new config)
- Added hopper limit in the config. and players need chunkhopper.limit.<amount> permission
- Filtered Mobs GUI

Fixed:
- Chunk hopper in the same chunks

Reminder:
Players with permission chunkhopper.limit.20 will be useless if the hopper limit in the config is 19.
