Hey Everyone,

In this update, I added two new permissions to give you more control over how people can use the name colour add and remove commands.

stylizer.namecolour.add.self
- Allows the players to change their own name colour with the namecolour add command.

stylizer.namecolour.add.others
- Allows the players to change another players name colour with the namecolour add command.

stylizer.namecolour.remove.self
- Allows the players to remove their own name colour with the namecolour remove command.

stylizer.namecolour.remove.others
- Allows the players to remove another players name colour with the namecolour remove command.

I have also added the permission stylizer.namecolour.admin which grants access to all the name colour permissions.
