[+] - Added a field in config "HP cap" - When enabled, players will not be able to have an HP higher than the amount specified (Requested by @_Burnt4023_ ).
[+] - Added "HealthPower.cap.bypass" permission - Players with this permission will bypass the health power cap specified in config.
