Update v1.1 BETA

HELP NEEDED!
So I've written this plugin but I can't actually test it out. It requires two
players and I don't have another player or account to test it out on, so I'm
uploading this as a BETA version. If there are any problems or bugs with
the plugin please message me privately on here so I can fix it ASAP!
If you do decide to test out my plugin, thank you and please
let me know how it goes

Update v1.1
- Added a percentage system. Now there is a 1 in 3
chance you will successfully pickpocket another player.

- Added a cooldown so that even if the player is both successful
or unsuccessful after a pickpocket attempt, there is a 60 second
cooldown until the player can pickpocket again.

(The run of this update was to make this plugin less OP basically!)
