Troll plugin (GUI, Anything is Configurable) -----
My first to be released spigot plugin featuring many troll features and a GUI!Additional support.
I Added XSeries.
That means the plugin should. (Tested on 1.16) Compatable with everything
above 1.13.
Also i added some extra subcommands.
like:

I Also added some config enterys.
(For the 1.12 people: This is a 1.13 qualty of life update.
I Added nothing new. the next Feature update will include some of these changes)
