EDIT now if you place DAMAGE in targetCommands , the source of damage will come from the player who has the item
so if X has the item and Y is the target, if Y dies with the command the message will be "Y died because of X"
so if X has the item and Y is the target, if Y dies with the command the message will be "Y died because of X"
