 isSpecialProjectile: True /false
 
 > If you want create an ExecutableItems that is a projectile, and you want that your players launch it like the vanilla way turn this option to false (by default its false)
 
 > But if you want that the projectile can have multiple usages (usage from ei) so turn this option to true
