FIX issue with attributes when you create an Executable Item with an existing Executable Item.
PREMIUM ADD new click option: kill
> kill entity is needed to execute the executable item
PREMIUM ADD new click option: death
> To execute the executable item, the player needs to have this item in his hands when he dies.
PREMIUM new permission for your vip player, the no cooldown permission (ei.nocd.ID or ei.nocd.*)
