FIX /ei-drop with negative coord.
FIX /ei-drop with no quantity (default 1)
FIX issue with "" message, it send a blank message, in premium version it send nothing.
FIX 1.13.2 issue with attributes.
FIX a null exception appear when the player reconnect and he has commands saved.
