Added Placeholder API (PAPI), Stats, new Commands and some changes

Streaming Drops v. 3.0

Attention: changed settings.yml and messages.yml

Change Log:

+ Added new command "/topdrops <amount>" to show the top users with the most received drops (default: top 10)
+ Added new command "/sd blacklist list | add |reomve <twitch channel>" - to change the Blacklist via commands

+ Changed value in settings.yml from "LoggingDropsInConsole" to "Debug"
+ Changed stats for bstats.org. Added some new stats
+ Added live tag via PlaceholderAPI - The tag will be updated every 5 minutes Support (fix value)
+ Added alias command for "/twitch" ( /sdtwitch )
+ Added command " /live" setting the live tag manuelly
+ Added new messages in messages.yml
