Change Log:
+ Added new parameter in "AlwaysCommands" (settings.yml ) "[*once*]" - execute a command only once per streamer
+ Added new command "/sd viewers <twitch channel>" - Shows a list with all users they are in the drop chance
+ Added auto-updating configuration files ( no config changes in this version)
+ Changed only one .jar-file for all versions
