Added 1.14.4 support.
Fixed some bugs with /lay.
Player in /swim when he meets tunnel, he can go through unsolid blocks, like grass,banners etc, to go to this tunnel.

Some bugs may cause while rotating head in /lay, due stupidness of minecraft and it doesn't give me any way to rotate head perfectly, the same thing with lay direction, I can't fix it, at least I still don't know any way.
