- Update config to include latest Minecraft features and changes, including tools, crops, "NBT" changes to items and commands
- Hydration now instantly hydrates farmland like in Vanilla, instead of gradually.
- Fix bug where user-specified permissions, that were not registered elsewhere, were not being checked correctly for tools.
