Added SYSTEM TIME check on hit / kill
ADDED
- Added KARMA RELOAD command.
- This command isn't functionnal yet.
- Deny the research of infos about "Reload" player.
- Added a new feature, the times check:
- on hit/kill something
- Can be disabled
- check only server time system
- planned to add worlds hours check and BOTH server/world time
- If the hit/kill isn't set inside a hour fork in the config.yml, attacker karma will not change.
- You can add many hours forks as you wish
