NESS Anti-Cheat Reloaded -----
A Simple AntiCheat System compatible from 1.8 to 1.17.1Removed some bad and Old Checks, Optimized all Checks and Implemented New Checks!

- Organized the Code (We are using per-player checks!)
- Fixed some False Positives on Killaura, Step, Timer, Fly, MorePackets and SpeedAir
- Implemented ChestStealer Check (by MatuloM)
- Better Phase Checks
- Removed some bad and old checks
- Using DazzlConfig library to handle config changes and updates better
- Added InvalidSprint Check
- Added BlockBreakCheck
- Fixed some Thread-Safe Issues on AntiBot
- New EntityFly Check
- The API methods was Deprecated! There is a new and better API!
