I have looked thru the source code and tested the plugin and I say I can review this now.
This anti-cheat has potential but the developer seems to don't care about them, what do I mean let me explain.
1. The base sucks and the performance is horrible, the dev creates a new object for every violation, doesn't follow proper Java naming conventions, etc. and overall the base is a mess and I couldn't navigate thru it without file finder.
2. There are no prediction checks and the dev claims prediction checks false a lot so they are bad. Do I even need to explain this?
3. The dev cannot see why his base is bad, and when we tell him that it ain't good his response is that someone good made it.

4. Dev acts like he knows stuff, but we all know he doesn't. A guy tells him something and he can't respond with a logical argument so he says he made it while he was stressed and tries to save himself. When he cannot save it he then switches to the argument that he has to manage discord, WhatsApp, and telegram.

The anti-cheat has potential, the hardcoded checks are not bad and alongside prediction and some improvements can really detect cheaters damn good. But until that, I am keeping 2 stars. And the reason I gave 2 is that the anti-cheat is not 'horrible' and the dev whilst doing these isn't a bad person.
