This version has just 2 changes, but one of them is totally incompatible with the 1.x.x api version, so the version of the plugin has to change

Changes:

• Fixed NoSuchFileException when the plugin is newly installed
• Removed allow-relational-placeholders option
• Modified the AsyncEzChatEvent and removed the BaseComponent format and his accessor methods
• Removed some internal classes
• The formats with PlaceholderAPI enabled can load even if PlaceholderAPI isn't enabled
