Updated script to 1.19+
Should work with almost every skript version since 2.2 and higher.

[-] Removed useless /antibuild command and merged /build and /antibuild to only /build.

Fixed a few Bugs and seems like the world toggle option didn't work in V3.1. Should work now!!
