Hey Everyone,

New Feature:
You can now delete all the current warps that have been set with the command `/clearwarps` which requires the permission `omegawarps.clearwarps`

Updated Permissions:
I have added the permission `omegawarps.setwarp.others` which lets the players set warps with a specific owner. Note: They still need the permission `omegawarps.setwarp` to use the command.

Messages.yml
I have updated this file with one new message. If you don't want to regenerate the file when updating the plugin, just add the message yourself
