Fix: Error when using /scyther from the console.
Addition: Patch that disallows sugarcane placement on top of sugarcane (which can be abused with printer to quickly farm cane).
Change: Re-arranged the patches section in the configuration, all of the current and future patches will now be under the patches section at the top of the configuration.
Change: Added permissions to bypass the patches (look at wiki).
