I've recently gained the motivation to work on plugins again despite how difficult it is with my computer

Find configuration file updates on GitHub, I'm still working on Auto-Updating configuration files, i'm not too big brain.

• Added ability to disable certain messages
• Added permissions for each Particle & Trail Color
• Added /trails toggle

• Removed Minimize
• Commented and cleaned up code
• Added getInstance method in Main Class
• Renamed PlaceholderExpansion class to PlaceholderExp
• Added VectorUtils & MathL
