Added
- Config option to directly give experience points of a `Custom XP-Bottle` without throwing them or spawning experience orbs.
- **With this config set, they can't be used in dispensers anymore!**

- Renamed permission: `xps.commands.editrecipe` to `xps.editrecipe`

- Loading error of blocks in an unknown or not loaded world (Multiverse)
- Custom XP-Bottle duplication
