Can you tell me exactly how to give myself permissions? /op doesn't seem to do the trick. And which command api do i download, the zip or the jar? and do i put it in the plugins folder?

Put the CommandAPI.jar file in the plugins folder. You will only have issues with permissions if other plugins mess with them (eg.
LuckPerms) or you're not opped, it would be the fact you're missing the CommandAPI plugin.

Does this work on 1.16 versions? I want to play with my friends on 1.16 but I am not sure if it works or not.
