DeathWarden is a simple plugin designed to give you the ability to become the ultimate deathwarden of your server and control how players die! Players are able to pick their own deatheffects determined by a set of options in the death effects menu which you pre-define in the files.


Particle & Sound Death Effects - Pretty straight forward feature, this allows the players to pick which sound and particle effects will be used when they die.

Custom Death Messages - All the different death messages can be customised to suit your server. Including death by creatures, other players, environmental and command deaths.

Pvp Logging - All pvp kills will be logged in a file safe for you to view at any time. So no more hiding the pvp kills for players

Keep XP and Keep Inv - With the required permissions players will be able to keep all their exp and inventory items when they die.

Death & Kill Counts - All creature kills and the amount of times a player dies will all be logged for you to keep tallies. There are custom placeholders you can use to display the totals.

Custom Death/Kill Commands - Set custom commands that will be executed from the console when the player dies or kills another player.

/deatheffects edit - Edit your sound and particle death effects
/deathcount - View how many times you have died
/deathwardendebug - Some useful debugging information
/resetpvpkills - Reset the pvp kills log
/deathwardenreset <player> - Reset a certain players data file
/totaldeathsreset - Reset the total deaths log
/back - Allows you to return to your death location

Permissions:

deathwarden.reload - Allows you to reload the plugin.
deathwarden.update - Allows you to receive update messages.
deathwarden.deatheffects - Allows you to toggle death effects on and off.
deathwarden.deatheffects.edit - Allows you to open the death effects edit menu.
deathwarden.deatheffects.login - Allows you to keep your death effects when you login/logout.
deathwarden.deatheffects.sound - Allows you to change the sound effect for when you die.
deathwarden.deatheffects.particle - Allows you to change the particle effect for when you die.
deathwarden.back - Allows you to return to your death location when you die.
deathwarden.keepxp - Allows you to keep all your experience points when you die.
deathwarden.keepinv - Allows you to keep all your inventory items when you die.
deathwarden.deathcount - Allows you to view how many times you have died.
deathwarden.debug - Allows you to view all the debug information
deathwarden.rewards.exempt - Allows you to bypass receiving any of the rewards.
deathwarden.commands.death.exempt - Makes you exempt from triggering the death commands when you are killed by another player.
deathwarden.commands.respawn.exempt - Makes you exempt from triggering the respawn commands when you respawn.
deathwarden.commands.kill.exempt - Makes you exempt from triggering the kill commands when you kill another player
deathwarden.commands.deathbynonplayer.exempt - Makes you exempt from triggering the commands when killed by anything apart from a player.
deathwarden.rewards.limit - Makes you have a limit of how many rewards you are able to get while killing players in a set amount of time.
deathwarden.reset.player - Allows you to reset a players data file
deathwarden.resettotaldeaths - Allows you to reset the total deaths log
deathwarden.reset.pvpkills - Allows you to reset the pvp kills log
