Changes:
- This plugin has been re-coded and is now more efficient and maintained!
- Added messages.yml, so now the plugin is fully configurable, including the GUI!
- Added the possibility to choose between MySQL and MongoDB storage providers
- Added the /tag showtags <player> command. Now you can see other players' currently owned tags.
- Added chat formatting. You can now enable the built-in chat formatter if you don't have an external one or disable it (your choice).
- Added tag display name instead of color.
- Added /tag reload, allowing you to reload the configuration files without restarting the server.

Fixes:
- Fixed the placeholders not working if the PlaceholderAPI plugin loaded after ChatTags
- Fixed an error when opening the tags GUI when there are no tags created.
