Okay, lots of changes thanks to mcmonkey's criticism/review of this absolutely unmitigated disaster.

+ Fixed potential exploit
+ debug log is now: announce to_console
+ reload command ( /rdm reload )
+ version command (/rdm or /rdm version)
+ Now catches when killed by a pillager.
