Instantly teleport through nether portals in survival mode.Bug Fixes, Code Improvements and Older Version Support
I improved the code in this update so it's easier to maintain, I added version support right down to 1.7.10, and I fixed the bug were you could cause an infinite eating animation after teleporting through a portal.
