- Referral limit from same IP (to prevent some abuse of the system)

Changed:
- Admin Commands can now use * to affect all users in the database

Aditional:
Please make a backup of the config file and reload the plugin. The missing table should be added to the database if not please remove DB file. Sorry for the inconvenience!
