In this version, I've managed to fix the performance issues. There is now a "manager" behind who controls the casino signs. I've also added holograms to show the leaderboard more detailed.

- slots are now more dynamically - you don't need the sum of 100
- added infinite bets for everything (-1)
- added highestloss and sumloss modes for leaderboard and holograms
- better offline earnings overview
