Added resets which allows players and staff members to reset statistics and renamed permission nodes to fit plugin

* /adminreset (/ar) ( pvpstats.adminreset), possibility add resets to player or simply reset a players' statistics
- usage: /adminreset [<player>/add <player> <amount>]

* /statsreset (/sr), resets statistics


Permission Nodes
