[1.21.3] Resource rework, bug fixes..
- Fixed Deep Wounds.
- Pushing placed blocks with pistons no longer makes them give exp again.
- Added a biome condition.
- Fixed a loading issue with latest MythicMobs.

- Fixed breaking blocks in 1.12.
- Fixed a damage formula issue with Fire Berserker.
- New passive skill: Neptune's Gift (passively regen more resource when in water).

- Added an option to change combat log timer.
