• Lots of config change. It will automatic generated a new config file.

• Added Buy command /barrierplus buy <item> [player]. It support vault economy and PlayerPoints.
• Added Give command /barrierplus give <item> [amount] [player]. It will give player the same number of blocks in buy list by default.
• Added destroy and drop condition. It can control the "Menu-Break, Menu-Drop, Vanilla-Break, Vanilla-Drop, Explode-Break and Explode-Drop".
• Added cooldown for menu-break feature.
• debug mode. It will show why the event failed or succeeded. If you are not sure if the configuration is correct or there is a bug in the plugin, you can enable it.
