- Lots of config change. It will automatic generated a new config file.
- Added option to custom blocks which need permission to place.
- Added option to custom blocks which need will destroy by shift & left-click if you are holding menu item.
- Added option to toggle the place and destroy event.
- Changed permissions. Please look at the plugin page.
- Option "Menu-Item-Nam" can using "&", no need to replace "ยง" now.
- Change message "No-Perm-destroy".
