With a prefix in front, you can change this in the language file (First key).

Stupidly simple plugin to set up and configure. Works out of the gate, and is extremely user-friendly for players and admins to use to create custom prefixes. Also supports long character prefixes with hex and RGB which is an awesome visual feature. Thanks for the awesome, and not to mention free, plugin.

Straightforward yet powerful plugin with an active developer! Combined with DeluxeMenus, I was able to make a suffix & prefix equipper/selector where you can also choose the colour for each of them.
Works like a charm!

The developer is very kind and friendly, every bug reported is fixed within a few days. Plugin itself is very well made — you can customize every message with a locale file, also supports some languages by default. Note that this plugin is to make players able to change their own prefixes with limits assigned in config file.

A bug with symbols, you can multiply them and increase the limits. Developers don't want to fix anything

This plugin is very useful for my donator ranks. Players can change the colour of their prefixes as they wishes and on their whims. It adds customisability. Not only that, it can also change the name of the prefix. The dev is extremely helpful and friendly too which is a much needed bonus. If I can add more than 5 stars, I would. Lovely plugin and lovely developer

Thanks for your response. This plugins allows players to change parts of the prefix without the need to set the whole prefix. For example you can give them permission to only change their nickname or prefix to a specific (permission based) color. LuckPerms don't offer you those possibilities.
Please check out all the options first before jumping to conclusions. Thank you

Thank you for your review.
All PrefiX data is stored inside the LuckPerm database. This makes it possible to use the database options they offer. One of those options is mysql.

there seems no way to change the prefix weight. Ignoring that its a good plugin.

Hi, thank you for your review. I choose to hardcode this because if an admin changes it, all Prefixes with the old weight are lost and needs to deleted by hand.

Amazing plugin support, I had an issue and reported it to the developer, and they fixed it immediately and gave me test builds to try out the fix! It was a very bothersome issue, but regardless, the developer was nice and patient and help fix the issue. The plugin is amazing, and offers a very good way to allow players to give custom prefixes!

Downloaded and used with the correct plugin to work. Didn't work. Contacted the dev on discord and they added that it needs a chat formatting plugin to work. Tried the plugin they suggested. Still didn't work.
