Update v1.2.0

Welcome to update v1.2.0!

ChangeLog:
- This project had a HUGE recode! Depositing and withdrawing Exp has been massively improved.
- All Exp bottles are now throwable. If you withdraw 100 Exp and throw it, it will have a 100 Exp orb!
- Fixed bugs with offhand + 1.8 glitches
- Version compatibility code changed if you are experiencing issues message asap.


Tests Performed:
This plugin, by far, has been the oddest plugin I have ever coded. Many version dependent bugs, such as something that would happen on 1.9 but not on 1.12 and vise versa as well as unexplainable errors. I performed many tests and believe I found every possible bug. However, if you find a bug message me ASAP!
