Bugfixes, API updates and some other small changes
This update is a bit bigger and contains bugfixes for bugs that were reported to me recently.
It also prepares BungeeUtilisalsX for some exciting new features <3 !

Changelog
  • Changed the way bossbar is handled, clients shouldn't get randomly kicked anymore.
  • Updated some dependencies
  • Updated API:
    • Removed ChatMessage object
    • Updated ChatBuilder API
    • Updated PlaceholderAPI
  • Fixed a few chat bugs (a capital here and there, bug with hover messages)
  • Fixed an error when you use /report history (page)
  • When addon list fetch (which requests to my API) times out, it will now not throw a huge error anymore.
