v5.2.0 - Performance Improvements and Bug fixes

- Improved performance.
- Fixed tunnels not working in east and west in 1.17.
- Fixed tunnels not working if its the only crawling mode enabled.
- Fixed issue where the player would fly up if hit while crawling.
- Removed config option to start crawling by double shifting without looking down.
- Fixed issue where if the player had jump boost before crawling they would lose it when they got up.
- Fixed world guard integration.
