REMOVE INFINITE ANVIL FOLDER AND RESTART THE SERVER

Thanks to marlon233 that helped us translating our plugin into spanish.

In this update:
* Plugin msg system recoded
+ File Lang en_US - it_IT - es_ES
* /help now can be edited into lang files
* Prefix now can be edited into config file
- Removed configuration.java class
- Removed /infiniteanvil version (casted into /help)​
