Official continuation of the PhatLoots plugin which provides highly configurable loot for all.PhatLoots v5.4.1 - Misc Improvements and Bugfixes

- Link lootbags through the persistent data container rather than using lores. This system is a lot safer and doesn't require you have the loot table name linked to loot bags. Loot tables linked through lore should still function fine, however it is highly recommended that you swap to this system instead.
- Add PlaceholderDataCondition - this allows you to add loot conditions based on various conditions from placeholder supports (currently supports PlaceholderAPI).
- Cleaned up block names when linking to loots.
- Fixed a bug that sometimes caused loot conditions to reset their value if the server was not properly closed.
- Fixed a bug with loot conditions that caused loot tables to not finish loading if one of them was null (most notably when updating PhatLoots versions).
- Fixed cave air/void air interfering when linking loots. This should fix the bug where when being in those blocks, loot tables could not be linked.
- Expose the PhatLoot being dropped in the MobDropLootEvent.
- Don't disable PhatLoots if an unsupported MythicDrops version is detected. Support for newer versions of this plugin will be coming in the near future.
