Rewritten about 80% of the plugin.
A credit to huynhqtienvtag for helping me to revive this plugin.

Fixed bugs:
- Fancy items and hints will now remove if item has been removed by some magic
- /reload won't break the plugin
... probably more, but I don't remember

Changes:
- No more material definitions, material conditions are now RegExp only
- Number range now accepts doubles
- Display name conditions are now RegExp only
- World conditions are now RegExp only
- Removed pickupType value. Will be replaced with rightClickPickup in the future
- Renamed enabled value to fancyItem
- Added invisible value
- Added fixedRotation value. Will be replaced with item-axis-relative offset in the future
- Removed item pickup/drop permissions
- Default config is now ready to use. Supports every block and item (1.15)

Coming in 2.1:
- Fake armor stands (they won't really exist)
- Item-axis-relative offset
- Fancy item and hint animations
