- Added KeysRequired under KeyCrate optional configuration to individual crate configs. This setting makes it so a certain crate requires a set amount of keys to open the crate (Example: user needs to have 3 keys to open the crate)
- Added Not_Enough_Keys configuration to Messages.yml
