Base commands for a server.Warps, Home list and fully implemented languages and translations
In this update, I added basic warps commands like /warp, /setwarp, /delwarp and /warplist (or /warps), I added too a home list command (/homelist or /homes).
Translation is now fully implemented, just create a new lang.yml file in the langs folder and your players will can use the language configuration.
