I downloaded this anticheat and all libs but this plugin downt wants to start. Cen some one help me? (Paper 1.19.4 server version)

This is the best plugin to block mods and clients and to control them as well, but sadly it takes so long for it to get updates :(

Author hasnt added support for 1.20.4+ and it was he said he would fix asap around 8 months ago. before buying I would wait until a new update comes out

It doesn't support Feather Client, please add it so I can support it, and I tried to say in the discord, if I already have authentication, I should see the channel, but I don't see the channel, and in the authentication thread it says I'm already authenticated, but I don't get authenticated, and this plugin doesn't work with 1.20.4.

Needs improvement. The configs are not user friendly and is very difficult to get working in a stable manner.

Amazing plugin. Literally works out the box and SO much customisation! It is a flawless plugin (using 1.20.1 and its all 100% good). A really efficient way to make sure your players are all on an even playing-field with no client mods or exploits! 10/10 will recommend to all! :D

Does the latest version no longer support 1.12.2? What if it doesn't support which version?

I highly do not recommend it. It is never updated on time, all plugins have long since switched to a new version, and this one is probably waiting for a miracle. It has been so since 1.19 and it remains so now. Money is wasted.

This antycheat blocks only reach NOTHING ELSE! Im on version 1.19.4 with a viaverison plugin and as simpliest cheats as wurst work on this anticheat. This is a really important plugin. Its cheat detection may not be perfect and needs tweaking, but it does something very important. I don't know of another such a good client and mod detector. Plugin authors, please don't abandon the development of this plugin. It has options that other plugins/alternatives don't have (At least I haven't found one). Security is a very important element of the server. Thanks to this plugin, passive servers protection s based on prevention is stronger than ever before.

Small suggestions for the plugin (I can delete it afterwards or put it on github):
- Fix client verification in chat for 1.19.1+.
- Add new clients to the configuration (e.g. Salwyrr) and updating the existing ones
- Add detect of client packets in real time or at intervals to detect clients pretending to be vanilla when verifying after entering the server.
- Fixes to the main anticheat detect module (improving detection efficiency and minimizing false alerts)

This anti-cheat client detection is pretty good! However, there are many false detections regarding battles, so I would like to have them corrected.

I'd agree with @Alcrafter on his review, this plugin has hardly any checks, I've had users test it with clients that are apparently supported, but in-turn, wraith seems to ignore them teleporting around at max speed with killaura, but still kicks normal users for sprinting too fast.

From testing, we encountered over 3x more false flags on normal users than real flags on hackers.

"Brand Detection" is the only thing this is good for, and the Discord support is a joke. If an anticheat is out of date, don't sell it as one that apparently works.

I feel the need to update my initial review on this anticheat after some time of at least trying to use it with hardly any success.

The concept behind this is still genius, but it is poorly maintained and doesn't really focus on the actual anticheat side of things. I'd call this a Minecraft client brand detector at best.

This plugin focuses on detecting the client of a cheater, e.g., by reading its brand name or by having them execute a command with the prefix of their cheat to detect if they have a hacked client installed. This is a good idea, but if this detection fails because of brand spoofing, this plugin is useless.

The actual checks are TERRIBLE, they are tailored to specific free clients and can be bypasses easily even with the claimed "compatible" clients. As I said, this is more of a brand detector than an anticheat.

In terms of reaching out to the developer, the discord server is useless. You can write in some community help channel where a supporter than tells you to add the client brand to a blocking list, rather than trying to fix the actual issue/bypass. There is a GitHub repo for reporting bugs, but I have created four different issues and those are unanswered for well over a week now.

All in all:
— Checks are practically nonexistent
— Brand detection doesn't work on 99% of clients
— Client check doesn't work in 1.19(although it is advertised as compatible)
— Developer is inactive and hard to reach

In conclusion:
DO NOT BUY THIS until it is proven to have at least basic functionality!

Genius concept, excellent anticheat!

Wraith Anticheat is one of the best solution to the problem of cheaters that I have seen. It has a vastly different approach to the concept of preventing cheats than other plugins trying to achieve the same goal.

This plugin heavily focuses on detecting cheats even before the cheater has time to use them. On join, it checks the client identity and kicks the player immediately when they are found to not be vanilla. Because of this, 90% of cheaters get filtered out before they can even join, and the rather basic checks can take care of the rest.

Speaking of the checks, they are highly client focused and if the client is "unsupported" they provide only basic protection. I have yet to find a way to properly contact the developer in order to add more (mostly paid) clients to the list that have sometimes severe bypasses and in some cases even get through the client detection.

Overall, for the cheap price it has, you wouldn't expect it detection premium clients and with the normal ones it does a pretty good job. Support is really nice and fast, but if you want to report a client they tell you to add it to the client detection rather than trying to fix the check itself. I mean, I get it, you guys are all about client detection on join, but for me, it would be enjoyable to have a bit more consideration to the conventional sense of an anticheat in terms of checks. That would make it even more perfect.

In conclusion, this is a cool concept which is pretty good at detecting cheaters and has very little to no false positives. For the cheap price, this is a great solution for servers that have problems with players cheating on common, mostly free clients.

Keep up the good work, and you might one day reach perfection!

That a good plugin the anticheat itself is not the best but in my opinion the one with the least false positive detections

it disables itself after 30 - 90 minutes so it's unusable plus you can only fix it with a restart but i can't do that many restarts anymore

Worked excellently, and the developer is very helpful, and he accepts ideas and fixes your problems.

Detected 0.1% of Liquidbounces blatant cheating. Flying around, killauraing, etc.

I will change my review once the anticheat has basic functionality.

This Plugin not work properlly. I'm just standing on sandblock and i get kick for jesus hack. After that i tried to join to server and I had this log "Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Badly compressed packet - size of 2 is below server threshold of 256" not only me. everyone on server. Also i Get kick for [Unknown brand, probably custom client.] I have normal client from mojang. This plugin is a trash.

Anti-cheat is also quite high performance and can be detected normally.

Only but this if you are good at configuring. When I bought it it disabled lunar client and almost every plugin in badlion. It basically banned all my players. It would also flag people for jesus hacks when they are swimming, and other stuff. I bet that other people are good with configuring but im not. I havent made a support ticket yet because yeah. I may be the only one complaining so i am putting 4 stars because itis good for detecting reach and kill aura. I THINK.

So after like 1-2 months of using it on Production my Second Rating.

First things first changed from normal Spigot to Purpur and it worked wonder for me and Wraith.

So now about Wraith if youre looking for a plugin that just keeps the bare minium of cheaters out youre wrong with wraith and i cant recommend it.

Wraith is a beast and when you first get it. Like a Lion that hasnt got Food in a long Time. It Block literaly everything that is outside of Vanilla Minecraft.

Had to tone it down a bit for My RPG Server with all the things going on in it.

Client detection works 99% of the time.

Why buy it.

Three Reasons there

For how good it is its really Cheap.
It saves you a ton of work with taking out the trash of your server.
You can customize it too your needs as you seem fit.

If you want too use it at 100% Percent i can say from my expirience you should use paper or purpur.

The Anticheat is literaly trash, but the client detecion ist realy nice.
Sadly most clients like wurst have "VanillaSpoof".

Literally bypassed every check with default liquidbounce options, terrible AC avoid.

I tested this anticheat whit many client and don't work this plugin don't check anyting and the plugin is cmopatible whit my server

idk what to do because when i use hacks on my server to test it ONLY says (player) "COULD" Be using (hack name) and does nothing else

This anticheat performs very very poorly. Good thing it was only 5$, but there are several free anticheats that do way better than this anticheat. This anticheat has trouble detecting simple things like VANILLA fly, most killauras are not detected and speed hacks easily bypass. If the developer can contact me on Discord @GladUrBad#3014, maybe we can work something out to get a better review.

Best anti-cheat I've used!
Catches hackers quickly while not flagging other players.
I tried using other anti-cheats, (paid and free like spartan and Nope anti-cheat) but both had tons of false positives and when a hacker did come on it didn't work. But with Wraith it works perfectly for me.
Highly recommend to all server owners!

To be a plugin that is in Beta on my server it goes well. I hope it keeps updating it and adds the detection of mods in versions higher than 1.13.

Does not function as it needs to, incredible high amount of false positives, functions incredibly bad with mcmmo skills, especially sword bleeding effect.

Happily willing to adjust my review once it's fixed.

Can't reccomend. After a little fun with config SOME hack clients (not hacks! clients!) are being detected and get kicked from server. A lot of hacks simply go unnoticed and there is no need for further explanations. Support? On official support channel at discord author states he's busy developing other stuff. I guess this practice labels author as "quantity over quality". How do I call this? Dead? Outdated? Abandoned? Boring?

One of the best programmers for spigot plugins. I've already purchased three, its plugins are quality. The service is great and super friendly. I'm looking forward to more of you. Your plugins are worth every penny

Thank you for updating this to 1.14. I’ve always despised your typical Minecraft anti-cheat because of the performance impact and annoyances for players. This is not the case with this plugin and it offers really solid protection for your server. The new detections are awesome too.

Very good plugin. It's not an anti cheat which kicks players for doing nothing. You only get punished if you really have a hack installed. That's what makes it so unique. The author is very friendly and helps you immediately if you have any problem
