Fix error when a waypoint is in a deleted world
- When a Waypoint is loaded that is in a world that has been deleted / renamed you can now choose what to do with it.
- Show the waypoint, but it cannot be selected or teleported to
- Hide the waypoint
- Delete the waypoint
