Fix reload command to working correctly and improve plugin quality.
I just realized that the reload command (Both console and in-game) sometimes doesn't reload correctly example players' attributes didn't change.
However, I think this version (2.2.8) is the most stable of the older versions.
Lastly, I have been working on version 3.0.0. It has a lot of feature changes such as GUI editor, hook with your economic system, really nice configuration, and more. If you feel interested and you want to suggest a feature please use the discussion room thank you.
