Safe random teleports in "The end"
Adds a new argument to "/setwarp" and "/delwarp" to directly overwrite/delete warps
Changes the /tphere command to /tpahere
- Permission: WarpSystem.Use.TeleportCommand.TpaHere
Adds new /tphere command (Uses tp permission)
Finishes the /back command (Permisson: WarpSystem.Use.TeleportCommand.Back)
Splits /tpAll to /tpaAll & /tpAll

Bugfixes

Fixes effect portal bugs
- Link was a little bit buggy
- Main animations got removed by replacing the link with a warp
Fixes No_Permission messages for BungeeCord teleport commands
Disabled commands are now disabled on BungeeCord as well
Fixes buggy "Not available messages" when BungeeCord was disabled for tpa commands
Fixes a bug, that pages in pages get cleaned without a reason
Disables editing for expired tempwarps
Fixes commands of global warps
Fixes permission synchronization for EffectPortals
Fixes permission color of effect portal GUI
Fixes created shortcuts
