SafeNET 4.0 - Support 1.21 and ProtocolLib 5.3.0.
- Support 1.21 and ProtocolLib 5.3.0: There was a need to fix packet handling on servers running version 1.21 (with ProtocolLib 5.3.0) due to protocol changes. Thanks to various people for reporting this issue.

There were no changes to the proxy side of the plugin. SafeNET 4.0 is for BungeeCord 1.19+ only. If you are not running Paper severs, ProtocolLib 5.3.0+ is required. If you, for some reason, need to use other ProtocolLib releases, use SafeNET 3.9 (ProtocolLib 5.0.0-5.2.0) or SafeNET 3.8-LEGACY (previous ProtocolLib versions).
